SDCBA FDA/USDA Chair Rene Romero, was asked to speak on August 20th at the U.S. Trade Representative Hearings regarding trade distorting policies that may be affecting seasonal and perishable products In U.S. Commerce.

Rene has been very involved in the issues confronting importers of fresh fruits and vegetables, and this is an important opportunity to present their very real concerns, and represent our trade.
